Tours of the wine cellar and cheese cellar

The cheese cellar is the domain of Roberto, our master cheese maker. This is where the best cheeses from our region and the Italian Alps are ripened, and it also houses cheeses from the Parma region and other treasures from southern Italy. The wine cellar is run by our sommelier, Rino. It boasts nearly 2,000 labels: great traditional names of wine culture which are renowned throughout the world sit side-by-side with equally appreciable wines from smaller and lesser known vineyards. Once a week, Rino organises a wine tasting.
