At Il Bottaccio you will have the chance to participate in a working kitchen, giving you the behind-the-scenes experience of a top Italian restaurant. Each day, the school focuses on different aspects of cooking and Italian cuisine.
Pietrasanta, is a historic medieval and artistic town called the City of the Artists or Small Athens for its rich marble studios, foundries, monuments and art galleries. The Bozzetti Museum is a very important museum of sculpture and sketches, symbol of tradition, craftsmanship and design.
Sea and culture are the two characteristics of the town. In addition to the beauty of its beaches and its center, Forte dei Marmi is famous also for its night life, its festivals and for its markets.
