In Sanskrit, puja means reverence, honor and worship. Puja is a sacred rite of offering and worship of a divinity, carried out according to a specific ritual to welcome a guest or celebrate an event. Your hosts invite you to share this ceremony with them–meet them each evening at Manu-Alay, the ‘house of the wise Manu’. Whether you are a Hindu or not, experience a memorable, spiritual experience.
According to Ayurveda, everyone is composed of five major elements (known as Pancha Mahabhuta): Earth, Fire, Water, Air and Ether. These are associated with particular qualities, organs and emotions and correspond to the five physiological senses. Through guided meditation, yoga and massage, discover the balance between these elements, and relieve tensions in the body and mind in the process. A minimum duration of three days is recommended to fully enjoy the benefits of this trip.
