A magic moment, suspended in time.
Your local guide is a writer, journalist, and member of one of Honfleur's oldest fishing families. He invites you to explore the town using a different, unique, and fascinating approach. With him, discover the Vieux Bassin (the old harbor) with its slate-covered houses and Sainte Catherine, France's largest wooden church, built by shipwrights. Along its medieval alleyways, you'll find traces of the Vikings, William the Conqueror, and Samuel de Champlain, the founder of Quebec. Of course, the impressionists Eugène Boudin and Claude Monet also feature. Not to mention Napoleon, who—as you will learn—wanted to demolish the church's famous bell tower.
For four generations, the Dupont family has run this 124-acre estate with over 86 acres of cider apple orchards. The Domaine's low-yielding soils, rich in marl and limestone, produce fruits with beautiful, abundant aromatic depth. The Domaine team strives to transform these fruits in a traditional and unique way, creating a wide range of gourmet cider products. Throughout the summer months, as part of Calvados Time, Domaine Dupont invites you to take part in various activities. Food tours, cocktail workshops, and musical aperitifs will make your stay in the region truly unforgettable.
Roubens was born in Brussels in 1990. A street artist, he began by painting on the walls of his art school before taking up graffiti as well as street art with a group of friends. His art is about abstraction, combining geometry and the organic in a wavy dynamic. Enchanting, falling and ascending, the shapes are in perpetual movement, all of it floating in a weightless universe. You can experience Rouben’s art throughout your stay at the Hôtel Saint-Delis In keeping with the premises and its atmosphere, he has created exclusive frescos that fit in perfectly with the common areas and bedrooms. Immerse yourself in this universe, in which geometric patterns become rocks, rocks transform into smoke, and smoke metamorphoses into leaves. “Yes, reality can vary,” Adrien Rouben states.
