Chefs Pascal Cayeux and Gauthier Devillers skilfully combine the island’s best products with fruit harvested in the morning from their organic garden to create a gastronomic journey. At the spa, Hélène and Lise Canarelli invite you to discover Nucca, their natural cosmetics line made from Corsican scrubland plants.

For Jérôme, the maître de maison, taking time to stop, share, and invest in the lives of both his guests and employees is central to this ambience.
