"There is greenery as far as the eye can see. Nature is omnipresent. It is, of course, in the magnificent Champagne vineyard, but also in the garden with its majestic trees, including purple maples, olive and bay trees, weeping willows, and fir trees... The smell of roses fills the paths, and the orchard unfolds its branches loaded with fruit. The fragrant garden is rich with twenty-four aromatic herbs soon to bring flavour to the chef's cuisine. It is a real pleasure to walk down the paths lined with flowers or to take a break on the stone benches to admire the ubiquitous nature."
