The Jardin du Curé, Potager de la Ferme aux Grives, Enclos de la Ferme Thermale, water garden, sprites garden, grassy amphitheatre, main courtyard and the Jardin du Kiosque... no less than eight gardens and vegetable patches make up the green patchwork of Les Prés d’Eugénie. Various herbs key to Michel Guérard’s cuisine are grown in the vegetable gardens. The rose gardens produce flowers for all the bouquets at the property. Higher up, on the hillside in Eugénie and hidden from view, is an orangery filled with clementines, lemons and calamondins.
