Dedicating my life to the culinary arts has taken me from Switzerland to Japan, via Hungary, America and Canada; it's this "world" of experience that I bring to the table. At the Post Hotel in the spectacular Rocky Mountains, guests spend all day outdoors, experiencing nature. By the time they return in the evening, they’ve really worked up an appetite! Fresh and sophisticated market cuisine with an emphasis on comfort and local, seasonal produce is therefore the order of the day.
