The modern, cozy and welcoming Bistro 55 is led by the desire to offer culinary diversity and new experiences for our guests. Here guests can enjoy delicious food, taste delicious wines and wish to stay for hours, talking with friends and admiring the beautiful views around. While at Aestivum our focus is on the dish, at Bistro 55 we will provide an informal, leisurely and relaxing experience. The menu is a balanced fusion of recipes from Bulgaria, Asia and America with a pinch of terroir flavor. The interior runs away from the formal and rather counts on the stylish and eclectic.
