Cocina clásica
Obtenemos la mayor parte de nuestros ingredientes de proveedores locales que nos abastecen de fruta y verdura frescas autóctonas de nuestra isla, hierbas y especias como la nuez moscada, la canela y el clavo que aportan el auténtico sabor granadino a nuestros platos, el chocolate procedente de una finca de cacao orgánico se utiliza en nuestros postres y el tan demandado pescado fresco y las langostas nos los suministran los pescadores locales. Se trata de un esfuerzo realizado para brindarle una experiencia gastronómica extraordinaria que le ayudará a recordar Calabash y Granada, la 'Isla de las Especias'.
