Drei Menüs – darunter ein vegetarisches – bringen das Beste aus der Ernte der Finca und dem kunstvollen Savoir-faire Mallorcas auf den Teller. Seine anspruchsvolle kulinarische Philosophie zeigt sich auch in den sorgfältig abgestimmten Kombinationen von Speisen und Weinen: Über 200 Weine stehen zur Auswahl, darunter eine handverlesene Selektion regionaler Etiketten.
