The aim of this movement is to put the human being, the local community, a quality healthy nutrition, respect for the environment and the animals in the center of development.
It means enhancing the best local producers who work according to a serious scientific discipline, then spread the culture of good and healthy among the local population and consumers. Vespasia restaurant collaborates with virtuous producers Salus Per Cibum to grow together.
The project Salus Per Cibum organizes cultural encounters with kids and their parents in schools, promotes cooking lessons and visits to “Salus Per Cibum” active companies. "Salus per Cibum" is a movement without borders, open to those who share a vision of a “healthy” future”.

Fahrradtouren und Wanderungen
Mein Lieblingsausflug ist der, der in Castelluccio auf 1500 Höhenmetern beginnt. Die Hochebene ist für ihre Blütenpracht bekannt, die Besucher aus der ganzen Welt anzieht. Der Weg klettert bis auf den Gipfel auf dem Gebirgsrücken der Sibillinischen Berge empor, von wo man Norcia in der Ferne sieht. Der Rückweg bergab kann über verschiedene Wege erfolgen, je nach Lust und Fähigkeit. Auf dem Weg begegnet man häufig den verschiedenen Tierarten, die den Nationalpark der Sibillinischen Berge bevölkern.
